One critical factor in this evolution is the expanded role of front-line sales managers, who are now being challenged to carefully analyze the changing needs of the medical institutions and other stakeholders in their areas, then formulate and implement an overall strategy very unlike they have done in the past.<br \/>\n3Rock has already worked with 600+ regional and local sales managers at over 10 companies to improve planning and implementation capabilities through in-house training programs.
