From strategic planning to customer activation,
3Rock offers our new open enrollment program.

More than ever, the pharmaceutical industry must respond to the changing patient and physician environment. The ability to leverage data and increase the clarity around your target customers will have a significant impact on your business.

In response to the challenges of the times, 3Rock has developed a new “Pharma Strategy & Implementation Bootcamp,” which provides a comprehensive learning overview – from brand strategy development to omni-channel information delivery which positively impacts end-user patients and physicians on their treatment choices.

“Part 1: Strategic Pharma Marketing”, is based on our long-running “Strategic Marketing Basic” program, but has been fully revamped and updated. It includes new content focusing on data analysis, market opportunity identification, strategic prioritization, and optimal resource allocation. To cover effectively the use and interpretation of marketing data to more  effectively understand major customer changes in behaviors and values in the post-COVID world, we have expanded the program from 1.5 to 2 days and incorporated a new case study. This course will help attendees develop a unique strategy to gain market share in the highly competitive pharmaceutical markets of 2023 and beyond.

“Part 2: Customer Insights & Activation”, has been newly developed to empower participants to deliver business results by driving behavioral change in specific target segments. Attendees will learn how to combine well-built Patient Journeys and Customer Experience Maps, allowing them to sharply define customer needs, develop effective go-to-market plans, and deliver brand value in an omni-channel environment.

This Bootcamp will offer extensive time for both discussion and group work, enabling you to solidify your knowledge and acquire practical wisdom that can be applied immediately in the field. In addition, you will enjoy deep discussions with participants from various companies in the industry. We receive regular feedback that participants are inspired by discoveries made by interacting with those outside of traditional in-house trainings and expect the same this time.

This Bootcamp is ideal for people involved in the following areas of business:

 - Head office marketing
 - Sales promotion / sales planning
 - Area planning, Key Account Management & community health care
 - Sales division and branch management

* Both Part 1 and Part 2 will be held as hybrid face-to-face seminars at a Tokyo venue and online.
* Separate participation in only Part 1 or Part 2 is allowed.
* Following the first day of each part, we will hold a reception for participants to mix and exchange information, so please join us.
