Through the roughly 100 in-house consulting & training projects we run annually with our healthcare company clients, some themes have been in particularly high demand. In order to allow more people to learn the essence of these topics while building personal connections with other industry leaders, we offer the “3Rock Senryakujuku”, our online, open enrollment program now in its second installment.

We invite all future company leaders to participate in this program. Four courses are available, and while participants are encouraged to attend them all, individual selection is also allowed.

Four cources are available.

  • Course 1: Healthcare Value Delivery
  • This course is recommended for all those working in the healthcare industry. Understand the  macro trends surrounding your work in the healthcare industry and examine how you and your company can best contribute in this rapidly changing environment.
  • Course 2: Patient Engagement 
  • This course is tailored for those in marketing, sales and medical departments. We will explore the insights behind patient behavior and discuss possible approaches that companies can take to leverage that understanding to increase impact and improve outcomes.
  • Course 3: Strategy & Implementation  
  • This course is ideal for marketers and sales strategy planners. The course systematically teaches the key series of steps required to formulate logical and effective strategies supported by analysis, and then to implement those strategies throughout the organization.
  • Course 4: Area Insights
  • This course is essential for future sales strategy/promotion planners, area marketers, front-line managers, and top MR’s. You will learn methods to identify and solve local issues based on data analysis.

All courses center on live sessions held every Thursday at 6:00 p.m. Before and after those sessions, participants will deepen their ability to apply the concepts practically to their daily work through individual pre-work videos and readings and group assignments.

Course 1: Healthcare Value Delivery

July 14, 2022 – August 4, 2022 (4 weeks)

In Course 2, you will learn how to use the Patient Journey framework to dig deeper into patient insights. This will help you to search for and provide value centered on the patient, rather than on your own company’s perspective.

By distancing yourself from your company’s perspective and looking at patient behavior objectively, you will be able to examine the insights hidden there, and learn how to find points where you can provide value that you have not noticed before.

Course 3: Strategy & Implementation

October 13, 2022-November 24, 2022 (6 weeks)

In today’s chaotic environment, strategic planning skills are more and more in demand.

Marketers need to be able to develop strategies that make clear sense to their internal customers.

Area managers need to be able to understand their headquarters’ strategy and muster their teams to implement it in their area.

In the age of VUCA, logical strategic planning based on objective analysis is becoming a basic skill for all strategic planners and management.

In Course 3, you will learn a series of strategy planning processes from situational analysis (market data, PEST, 3C’s & SWOT) through strategy creation (Cross-SWOT & KSF formulation) to action planning, KPI setting and implementation.

By mastering the strategic planning process systematically and understanding what indicators can be used to effectively move teams, this course will help improve the quality and quantity of activities as an organization.

Recommended audience: marketers, sales strategy planners, and others involved in strategic planning.

Course 4: Area Insights

December 1, 2022 – December 22, 2022 (4 weeks)

The ability to analyze and explain logically why a problem is occurring…
The ability to plan solutions (actions and resource allocation) and explain the rationale behind them so others buy-in and act…

These are essential skills for the future of area management.

In Course 4, participants will learn how to analyze area problems from a variety of data sources  (market data, sales performance, activity data, etc.) and learn root cause analysis, problem setting, and solution planning that reflects the basics of logical thinking.

Participants can expect to learn the steps of critical thinking necessary for effective management of a wide area.

Recommended audience: Sales strategy and promotion staff, area managers, MRs

Course Flow and Contents

A Learning Site ID will be issued to participants after your application. Participants will log in to the Learning Site, complete pre-work in advance of the weekly live sessions.

Zoom will be used for live sessions and Teams will be used for after-hours group discussions.
